Abstract: W artykule przedstawiono zręby metodologii modelowania efektywności projektów informatycznych wspomagających zarządzanie. Zaprezentowano klasyfikację nurtów oceny przedsięwzięć informatycznych. Przedstawiono podział kosztów generowanych i korzyści, jakie dają te przedsięwzięcia. Wymieniono przesłanki, zasady i wskazówki tworzenia i implementacji modeli efektywności informatyzacji.
