Abstract:
The creation of new companies in times of crisis is of vital importance for the economic recovery of a country. This document aims to present the main qualitative results of the incorporation of Simplified Stock Companies (S.A.S) in Ecuador We use a qualitative analysis and correlation analysis from a survey collected by the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance Companies. The results show an increase in the creation of new companies since the implementation ofthis corporate type, they also show that an efficient web page is positively correlated with the level of information that is delivered, the variable time of incorporation of (S.A.S) is positively correlated with access to user-friendly information since this encourages a greater number of companies incorporated.
