Disruptores Económicos en Pymes comerciales de Agroquímicos en el Ecuador

Abstract: The objective of this research work was to identify the economicsdisruptors as a contribution to a sector that represents the base of the country's agricultural production chain, taking as a relation those registered and enabled in Agrocalidad until 2021 with a predominant locality in Guayaquil..The research design is descriptive, documentary, and field,with a quantitative and qualitative approach, using the deductive and inductive method. Through the documentary analysis from the fiscal, financial and strategic;it was evidenced that there is a strategic dependence on the import of agrochemicals from transnational and large companies coming from China, the United States, Russia and Colombia, being the national SMEs their distribution channel. The price index of agrochemical inputs decreased because the demand for these inputs retracts to assume the high prices. The commercial agrochemical SMEs analyzed leverage the marketing budget of large companies, they do not use even 20% of the 4% deductibility limit in promotion and advertising for 2018 and not even 1.10% of 20% for 2019 and 2020 approximately. The fiscal pressure focused not only on the tax issue but also on phytosanitary issues caused a decrease of -72% in 2020 in the warehouses inspected by Agrocalidad; In addition, experts from the sector were interviewed to collect supporting information. Based on these findings, tools such as added value and support for this important sector of the country's economy were established.
