Abstract:
Computer tools and resources have increased since the country's health emergency, benefiting users to carry out procedures online more quickly and without the need to stand in long waiting lines.Thegeneral objective is to determine the importance of the increase in queries to the files on the web portal of the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance during the period February to June 2022.The existing information of the files consulted on the web portal will be reviewed. The Power BI tool will be used, and the ETL processes (extract, transform, load) to analyze the results and determine if the consultations of the economic documents have had a positive impact on the files consulted.The results indicated that the most consulted files were: Favorita Corporation, Procesadora Nacional de Alimentos Pronaca, El Rosado Corporation, La Fabril, Cervecería Nacional and Nestlé. The most used types of consultation of the files are: GeneralInformation, Consultation of economic documents and General on-line documents.It is concluded that the objective of the work was achieved,and it was determined that there is a positive increase in queries to the files on the web portal of the Company Superintendence during the study period. Procesadora Nacional de Alimentos Pronaca presented the highest percentage with 174.58% growth. As a result, it was observed that the correlation factor is high and the direct relationship between the variables is confirmed, for which the hypothesis is verified.
