Responsabilidad social corporativa: caso contratación formal e informal en empresas de servicio de estibas en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract: The objective of this investigation was to identify the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility in the field of formal and informal contracting in stowage service companies in Guayaquil, the methodology applied was quantitative, with a non-experimental design and a correlational scope, and transversal, it was applied a survey and a documentary analysis on the Likert scale, the statistical analysis was carried out with the SPSS software for the application of the Kolmogorov-Sminov tests. The reliability of the instrument is supported by the value obtained of 0.935 Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the correlation of the variables with the Spearman coefficient obtained 0.745, these relationships were also confirmed with the KMO adequacy measure whose value was 0.866, the results obtained demonstrates that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on the work environment, causing high productivity in employees and allowing companies to achieve sustainable economic growth.
