The objective of this study is to provide a comparative analysis of commercial companies in Ecuador, in order to provide entrepreneurs and professionals in the field, a clear and concise vision of the different company options, which are recognized by the Law. of Companies of Ecuador. Likewise, it is intended to offer a comparative evaluation of these companies in terms of legal structure, liability of partners, tax aspects and other relevant factors. The research was based on an exhaustive analysis of the Company Law, as well as a review of specialized literature and previous studies on the subject. The results reveal the key differences between the different forms of commercial companies in Ecuador, highlighting their legal and practical characteristics. This comparative analysis allows entrepreneurs and professionals to understand the legal implications and practical considerations when choosing the most appropriate form of company for their business projects in Ecuador. The conclusions derived from this study highlight the importance of carefully evaluating the characteristics and requirements of each type of company before its constitution.
