Abstract:
The article aims at a critical and objective approach upon the relations and their dynamics between tourism and the process of globalization, showing from the very beginning that the globalist valences of tourism are included in the very "genes" of these activities thousands of years old. At the same time, attention is drawn to the fact that the globalization does not stand for “condamnation to welfare”. The dynamics of tourism and the comparative and succinct analysis of the specific aspects of large geographical areas (Europe, Asia, Africa, etc.) is another coordinated approach in this article
