Patient-centric innovation: A roadmap to transforming healthcare systems

Abstract: Healthcare demand for personalized services drives digital transformation. Providers are innovating care pathways through mergers but face high failure rates. Two case studies show how a holistic focus on the individual wellbeing journey and interdisciplinary collaboration enable value recognition and co-creation for patient-centric care.
