Conditionality and the needs of developing countries

Graham Bird

Intereconomics – Review of European Economic Policy (1966 - 1988), 1982, vol. 17, issue 1, 32-36

The appropriateness of the conditions conventionally attached to IMF drawings needs to be re-examined in this light.
