Target zones for the US dollar?

Wolfgang Filc

Intereconomics – Review of European Economic Policy (1966 - 1988), 1986, vol. 21, issue 4, 163-169

What distinguishes target zones from systems of flexible and fixed exchange rates? What form should they take? How should one regard the various objections to target zones?
