Abstract: Trotz vielfältiger Reformansätze der Bundesregierung wird allenthalben ein Reformstau in Deutschland beklagt. Warum werden die grundlegenden Probleme in vielen Politikbereichen nicht gelöst? Sind die institutionellen Hemmnisse unüberwindbar? Haben Interessengruppen einen zu großen Einfluss? Ist Deutschland noch reformfähig?
