Abstract: Ein halbes Jahr nach Einführung der Hartz IV-Reformen werden angesichts von Umsetzungsproblemen und nicht erfüllten Beschäftigungserwartungen erste Änderungen diskutiert. Wie sollte Hartz IV reformiert werden? Ist eine grundlegend andere Arbeitsmarktpolitik zum Abbau der Arbeitslosigkeit notwendig?
