Abstract: This paper introduces the relevant theories of strategic management into the formulation of the company’s development strategy and promotes the benign development of the company through the analysis, selection and implementation of the company’s development strategy. Through the main problems existing in the company’s operation, it puts forward corresponding strategies and provides some strategic thinking for the company’s development to adapt to changes in the external environment. It hopes to provide valuable suggestions for Tianxin Media’s sustainable and healthy development in the future.
