Abstract:
The contemporary construction industry is experiencing a profound paradigm shift characterized by the widespread integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a technological innovation that is significantly redefining the landscape of project management and execution. This scholarly paper endeavors to delve into the prospective impact of AI implementation within Neom’s construction ventures and its consequential contribution to the attainment of project objectives. Leveraging an extensive body of academic research and pertinent case studies, this discourse meticulously explores the amalgamation of AI-driven technologies, encompassing machine learning, robotics, and advanced data analytics, into Neom’s intricate construction processes. Furthermore, it conducts a thorough examination of both the advantageous aspects and intricate challenges inherent in the adoption of AI technologies, thereby presenting a nuanced perspective on how AI stands poised to elevate project efficiency, safety protocols, sustainability measures, and overall cost-effectiveness in the Neom construction projects.
