It is against Zulm, which has been condemned by Shariah as well as rationally. The main objective of this paper is to present a comprehensive study about the theme of Justice, through the explanation of its meaning and importance as well as its wide effect on all the faculties of Sharia'h, by exploring its relation with Maqasid, placing its applications in financial transactions, thus indicating the superiority of Shariah in executing Justice over conventional law.
