C. S. Orwin and
H. W. Kersey
in Cambridge Books from Cambridge University Press
Abstract:
First published in 1936, as the second edition of a 1926 original, this book was written to present those involved in estate management with a guide to accurate accountancy. The examples given within the text 'are arranged with the object of keeping both landlord and agent posted in the progress of management, receipts and payments being classified and analysed so as to provide essential information at a glance, and without the necessity of further extraction'. This book will be of value to anyone with an interest in the history of estate management and accountancy.
