CHANGE IN THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM
Kal J. Holsti
in Books from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
Kal J. Holsti has made an important contribution to the comparative analysis of foreign policy change and to the general area of international theory. The recent and dramatic events in the Soviet Union and East Europe, as well as those in several other states, underline the seminal importance of the analysis of change both in international relations and in the comparative study of foreign policy. The book also makes an important contribution to the development of international theory – a field that has blossomed in the last decade to the point where it is now probably the largest and most vibrant sub-field within international relations.
