Abstract: This important reference collection presents the key literature on the post Keynesian theory of growth and distribution from its origins in the writings of Kaldor and Passinetti, through the subsequent debate on the Passinetti theorem to the most recent developments in the current literature. It includes the key literature on the conditions of existence of the working and capitalist class in the long run, acknowledging the possibility of non-linear saving functions, different interest rates and joint production. It also includes material on the consequences for the theory of the action of corporations, international trade and the public sector (with taxation and its financing requirements through money and bonds).
