Chapter 6 in Entrepreneurial Intention, 2020, pp 86-103 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: This chapter focuses on intrapreneurial intention, or the decision to behave entrepreneurially as an employee within an existing firm. The difference in outcomes for the individual between self-employed entrepreneurship and corporately employed intrapreneurship are argued to cause different preferences for these alternatives. An empirical study is reported, demonstrating that these two constructs are indeed driven by different antecedents.
