The conclusion summarizes the main aim of the book, which is to evaluate the role of international courts and tribunals in environmental disputes. Through the analysis of the main procedural tools available to international courts and tribunals, this book has shown where the shortcomings and opportunities lie for the resolution of environmental disputes.
