Chapter 19 in Handbook on Trade Policy and Climate Change, 2022, pp 317-329 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Cosbey (Chapter 2 this book) emphasizes that the global trade regime could be turned into a catalyst for international climate action, but might also constitute a serious obstacle for policies to reduce emissions.
