Governance structure for the networked market

.

Chapter 8 in Effective Global Carbon Markets, 2020, pp 159-201 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: The governance structure for the proposed market is analysed by dissecting vertically and horizontally. A framework for analysis is set out that examines the governance structure in relation to the each of the three areas of law – climate change; financial market regulation; and regulation of the technology and its applications – according to the particular requirements of each.
