Abstract:
The point of intersection of the regulatory frameworks for climate law, financial regulation, and for the regulation of the technology application, in what is traded – the ‘mitigation outcome/financial instrument/token’ – is examined. The analysis continues by examining legal issues pertinent each of those areas of law, relevant to the governance structure.
