Abstract: This chapter deals with exclusive jurisdiction provided for in Article 24 of the Regulation. It discusses first the jurisdiction rules concerning rights in rem and tenancies of immovable property. It is followed by the exclusive jurisdiction related to companies, other legal persons and associations, rules for international jurisdiction for actions concerning the validity of intellectual property rights and enforcement of judgments.
