Abstract:
This chapter offers concluding remarks and an overall book conclusion than can also be read as an executive summary of normative suggestions for the improvement of the WTO dispute settlement system. It also explores those suggestions' possible impact on the broader debate about the legitimacy of the WTO and offers a general outlook for the future.
