The chapter explores the distinction between intrinsically wrongful actions (mala in se) and those prohibited by law (mala prohibita) within traffic law, aiming to understand compliance and non-compliance with legal regulations. We also discuss the concept's implications for autonomous vehicles and possible so-called relation to our existing traffic laws.
