This chapter introduces the volume, describing its aims and structure. It discusses how the contributors’ analyses reflect the inherent dynamism of the corporate form and contribute to the broader project of formulating a research agenda for corporate law, highlighting cross-cutting issues and themes as well as research challenges and opportunities that emerge throughout the volume.
