Abstract:
The chapter deals with impact investing (II) in emerging markets (EM), taking examples from Asian countries to illustrate the main stakes and challenges in its development. After presenting the II ecosystem and the importance of II for both emerging countries (EC) and investors, we analyze the main challenges encountered by the central actors involved. Examples are included throughout the chapter.
