Abstract:
This chapter provides commentary on Article 18 of the Service Regulation (Reg. 2020/1784). Article 18 governs the situation in which an individual or an entity (for example a court), but also a transmitting agency, sends judicial or extrajudicial documents directly to an addressee domiciled in another Member State by postal channels.
