Chapter 27 in The European Service Regulation, 2023, pp 249-254 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: This chapter provides a commentary on Article 27 of the Service of Documents Regulation Recast. Article 27 lays a responsibility with the European Commission to develop and maintain a reference implementation software which Member States may choose to rely on as their back-end system for interconnecting national authorities to the EU decentralised system - the e-CODEX system - for transmitting and receiving documents for service purposes.
