Costs of the decentralised IT system

Chapter 28 in The European Service Regulation, 2023, pp 255-259 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: This chapter provides a commentary on Article 28 of the Service of Documents Regulation Recast. Article 28 establishes the costs the Member States have to bear for the interconnection of national IT systems to the decentralised IT system – the e-CODEX system – and for establishing and adjusting the national IT systems. Furthermore, it discusses the potential grant sources that could support these activities.
