Abstract:
This chapter provides commentary on Article 32 of the recast Regulation, which is used to proclaim respect to the fundamental rights of all persons involved in the service documents. This provision underscores the normative prevalence of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the field of cross-border service of documents within the EU.
