Chapter 9 in The European Service Regulation, 2023, pp 93-95 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: This chapter offers a commentary of Article 9 of the Service Regulation. Article 9 establishes an obligation for the agency transmitting documents to inform the applicant of the right of the addressee to refuse service on the grounds that the document is not available in one of the admissible languages.
