Abstract: This chapter comments on Article 16 of the Geneva Act, covering the recording of changes and other matters concerning the international registrations, such as changes in ownership, names and addresses, appointments of representatives, limitations, invalidations, and additional relevant facts of the international applications. It furthermore addresses the effects of the International Register and the publication of the recordings.
