Abstract: This chapter comments on Article 5 of the Geneva Act, covering the contents of the international application, listing all the mandatory contents, the additional mandatory contents, and other possible contents of the international application, the possibility of filing several industrial designs in one application as well as the possibility to request for deferred publication.
