Abstract: A Just One Health framework builds on a One Health approach, which aims to sustainably balance and optimize the health of humans, other animals, plants, environments, and ecosystems through cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration. By recognizing the relationships between human and nonhuman rights, health, and justice, a Just One Health framework offers greater realization of One Health's potential.
