Theories and practices of legal relationships
.
Chapter 3 in Theories of Legal Relations, 2023, pp 149-193 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This Chapter aims to confront theoretical positions with more practical issues while extending the analysis. It tries to implement the theoretical study of legal relationships through an analysis of particular legal relationships (international, national, procedural, bilateral, etc.) and a breakdown of the elements of the definition (commitment, parties, autonomy, third-party, form, purpose).
