Abstract:
The chapter ‘Alternative Dispute ResolutionAlternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms for Intellectual Property and Commercial Disputes in the Commercial Disputes in the Esports Industry’ explores the esports dispute resolution landscape, with special attention on the WIPO ADRADR mechanisms. The chapter provides characterization of IP disputesIP disputes and then moves on to describe the parties involved in such disputes. Afterwards it lays down an analysis of ADR and its advantages in solving IP and commercial disputes in the esports industry.
