Post-Keynesian economics: a pluralistic alternative to conventional economics
.
Chapter 4 in Reforming Capitalism for the Common Good, 2022, pp 45-64 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This chapter surveys the post-Keynesian alternative to conventional economics, including its origins and various strands, fundamental preconceptions, and major findings. It also highlights the school's pluralistic features by looking first at the tradition as a whole and then at the work of one prominent post-Keynesian-Hyman Minsky.
