Abstract:
America's unsuccessful and seemingly endless wars since World War II may be explained as consequences of ignorance of domestic conditions and lack of public oversight, made possible by the suppression of costs, militarily and financial, through the all-voluntary army and borrowing facilitated by the Federal Reserve.
