Abstract:
Directive 2002/65/EC of 23 September 2002 concerning the distance marketing of consumer financial services (the DMD) aims to establish a harmonised common set of rules relating to financial services which are provided at distance to consumers. The adoption of this regulation contributes to improve the protection level of the consumers.
