Abstract:
Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 of 14 March 2012 (the SEPA Regulation) aims to harmonise the payments market across Europe by providing common procedures and standards for payments in euro in order to enable payment services users to initiate credit transfers and direct debits wherever they are located within the EU.
