Chapter 3 in Proving Corruption and Defending the Corrupt, 2025, pp 28-59 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: Element 1 of the UNCAC criminalisation pillar requires countries to have in place a comprehensive set of corruption-related offences. Based on the provisions in the UNCAC and other international and regional conventions and initiatives, this chapter provides a critical analysis of the individual offences.
