Abstract: This contribution explores the contributions and influence of three prominent German constitutional judges: Jutta Limbach, the first female President of the Federal Constitutional Court; Gabriele Britz; and Susanne Baer. Examining the impact of their roles as academic scholars, specifically as professors, the chapter investigates the manifestation of feminist perspectives in constitutional jurisprudence. The analysis highlights distinct facets of feminist leadership, encompassing Jutta Limbach's role as an institutional leader, Susanne Baer's characterization as a “public judge,” and Gabriele Britz's transformative contributions as a constitutional judge. Through this exploration, the chapter aims to shed light on the multifaceted dimensions of feminist leadership within the context of German constitutional law.
