Abstract:
In the face of the rapidly evolving technological landscape, the dynamics of value creation and capture are being reshaped, especially within the health sector. Leveraging a rich interdisciplinary approach, this chapter navigates the complex interplay between digital entrepreneurship and values within the realm of medical innovative startups. The research delves into the processes of value creation, shedding light on how advancements in digital technology can be harnessed to enhance accessibility and improve healthcare services. This study illuminates the necessity of integrating pro-humanistic values into technological innovation in medicine and thereby enriches the discourse on responsible tech development. The insights garnered from this analysis contribute to the existing body of innovation theory and provide a novel perspective on the transformational power of technology within the healthcare sector. The study underscores the pivotal role of digital entrepreneurship in fostering value creation in the healthcare sector, highlighting novel avenues for integrating technology and humanity. Through the lens of case studies, the chapter delineates the unique contributions and insights that Polish technology companies bring to the sphere of medical innovations, potentially spearheading a shift towards more responsible and value-driven technological advancements in healthcare.
