Chapter 10 in Professional Judgment for Lawyers, 2023, pp 323-357 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: Fifteen decision-making styles and spectrums, ranging from intuitive to deliberative and from closure seeking to ambiguity tolerant, are defined and illustrated in this chapter. A self-assessment tool is provided for readers to evaluate their own tendencies in each decision-making style and spectrum.
