A chapter in Corporate Governance and Culture in Financial Institutions, 2025, pp 1-7 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This book takes the reader through the manifestations of organisational culture in finance through its interplay with corporate governance and various regulatory regimes and policy debates. These investigations will hopefully contribute to the public debates that seek to concretise purposeful culture by giving it a tangible meaning and making it a workable locus for regulatory action. To do so, this book brings together experts from a range of financial services professions and academia to shed light on crucial aspects of culture in finance.
