Ray Steinwall
Chapter Chapter 12 in Competition Law in ASEAN, 2025, pp 654-682 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This chapter addresses the rights of appeal from a decision of a competition agency of an ASEAN Member State (AMS). The chapter discusses to whom the right of appeal attaches, the circumstances in which the right of appeal applies, the body charged with undertaking a review (including a Tribunal, Board or Court) and the orders which may be made on appeal. Some AMS also permit a competition agency to review its own decisions on application which is also discussed.
