Abstract: Abstract: The digital transformation of legal documentation and legal information retrieval has revolutionized legal research and practice. This final chapter examines the transition from paper-based to digital legal documents and discusses the international legal frameworks governing electronic documentation. It examines legal information retrieval techniques and their development in online legal databases, highlighting best practices and challenges associated with AI-based search systems. The chapter also discusses the automation of court proceedings through civil and criminal tele-trials and assesses the impact of e-justice in the post-pandemic era. In addition, it examines legal document management, the role of information technology in legal drafting and the development of standards such as Akoma Ntoso for structuring legal texts.
