Abstract:
This chapter comments on Article 23 of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, which outlines the designation and powers of the authorised representatives of companies covered by the Directive. The chapter pays particular attention to the role of the authorised representatives in public and private enforcement of the duties established under the Directive.
